Adding value to your PSHE/RSHE provision
Our pupil workshops are interactive and engaging.  We work with you to deliver something that complements your existing programme.  Sessions can be designed to last one hour, half-day or full-day to meet your needs.  Below you will see a sample of workshops and content.  If you require something more bespoke please do contact us.  We do not charge extra for bespoke workshops.  Costs vary so please contact us for a quote.
Primary workshops Yrs 4Â to 6
Introduction to puberty changes
Half-day introduction to the changes of puberty for year 4. Â Pupils will explore the physical and emotional changes of puberty through practical activities.
Puberty experts
Detailed look at the physical and emotional changes of puberty for year 5 and 6.  Through practical activities and discussion pupils will explore what happens to the body and mind in puberty and how to deal with these changes.
Healthy relationships, consent, sex and reproduction
For pupils in year 6 this workshop focuses on healthy relationships, consent, sex and reproduction.  Pupils will learn about the importance of committed, loving relationships.
Secondary workshops Yrs 7 & 8
Menstrual wellbeing
One hour workshop focusing on managing periods effectively, including exploring a range of products and the range of normal experiences of those who menstruate.
Consent
An introduction to consent in relationships. Â Exploring the laws around consent and applying these to scenarios.
Puberty
A re-cap on the changes of puberty and how these might impact on feelings and relationships in adolescence.
Healthy relationships
Exploring roles and responsibilities in relationships. Â How to form and maintain positive relationships and when to seek help.
Secondary workshops Yrs 9 & 10
Sexual health
One hour workshop covering positive sexual health including consent, Sexually Transmitted Infections, Contraception and where to seek confidential help and treatment.
Porn myths and healthy relationships
Exploring myths and stereotypes around bodies, relationships and sex found in pornography and other media.  Covering laws, including around the sharing of sexual imagery.
Drugs and alcohol - keeping safe
Exploring the effects of drugs and alcohol and how these might impact on sex and relationships.
Mental wellbeing
Exploring common signs and symptoms of poor mental health and strategies for self-care.
Secondary workshops Yrs 11 to 13
Safer sex
Students consider the risks that may be involved with sexual activity and how to make sex safer.
Budgeting and finance
This workshops uses a scenario to explore the personal costs of debt. Â Students will consider how to manage money effectively and who can help if things go wrong.
